Refund policy
At Smithson Prints, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of printed products, we only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was received
- There is a clear error in printing that was our fault
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- A photo of the defect or issue may be required to process your return
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised items with no manufacturing defect
- Items returned after 14 days
- Change-of-mind returns for custom work
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with details and evidence of the issue.
Shipping
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect item). For other return scenarios (if accepted), shipping costs may not be refunded.
